There are things you'd be better off doing in CLIP Studio than in Procreate, like text editing for instance. I think Procreate can use Photoshop brushes as well, but if I were you I'd just get ones made for Procreate, there are tonnes of really good ones out there.Īs for your actual question: I actually swapped from Photoshop entirely to CLIP Studio Paint about two years ago, and from CLIP Studio Paint to iPad/Procreate about 4 months ago. CLIP Studio can also use Photoshop brushes, although they might be a bit janky. psd files, so you won't lose anything from that. Just fyi, both CLIP Studio Paint and Procreate can open.
